酒评
Cabernet Sauvignon: Limpid, but intense color. Mild nose
with just a hint of the green pepper aromas one would expect from an origin of
such high altitude. Black fruit (e.g. cassis, framboise, grosseille) nicely
integrated with discreet sweet oak characters like vanilla and chocolate. Dried
fruit like prune and hazelnut praline show up after the first impressions. The
taste is concentrated and well structured with a harmony among alcohol,
acidity, and tanins. With medium body, it pleases you with its delicious
balance. Tanins are ripe and refined. Food pairing best with grilled meats in
either Western or Chinese style, so long as it is not too spicy or boldly
flavored.
