Tasting Notes
酒评
Pinot Noir: Brilliant ruby red color. Fruity nose with good
aromatic intensity marked with notes of quince, strawberries and cherries. The
bouquet evolves as the wine opens up in the glass from a spicy character
(derived from the grape itself not the oak) to a more varietal touch of violet
blossom. The taste has a good overall balance and phenolic structure. Its best
point is the mouthfeel with the soft «attack» and silk-like finish. The fruity
aroma emerges again through the «voie retronasale» and the first impression
mirrors the last one. It matches all meat dishes of Chinese cuisine, especially
those with a spicy aftertaste.
黑比诺:
迷人的宝石红色。果香四溢,充满温柏,草莓,樱桃的气息。倒入酒杯后,香气从香料味(来源于葡萄本身而非橡木)渐渐化为如紫罗兰盛开。口感平衡,最美妙的是柔软的口感和丝滑的收尾。芳香的水果味意犹未尽,首尾遥相呼应。这款酒适合和所有中餐的肉类搭配,特别是有香料回味的菜肴。
